Command proposals
Names to build around. None of these are advertised as released.
Planning reference only
Every command below is proposed. Typing these names in Discord may do nothing. Final names, options and permissions will be confirmed during implementation.

Response rules
Each command should acknowledge the request, check authorization and return a clear outcome. Sensitive settings and staff records should use an appropriate private response. An error should tell the user what they can do next without exposing internal logs or secrets.
When a command is released
Replace its proposal with exact syntax, required options, permissions, a real example and known limits. Include the release date and tested behaviour. Do not treat a command being registered in Discord as proof that its backend works.
